Reigate’s most current, commercial and inclusive dance school for adults and children, taught by industry professionals.

Our classes take place in a warm and welcoming environment right in the centre of town on Reigate's high street. We provide high quality dance training and strive to ensure that students feel safe to explore, learn and build confidence. We welcome all levels into our wonderful community that we have created and we love to grow our TSS family.

We take the pressure of exams away and prioritise student's self expression, growth and we celebrate their individuality.

Today’s theme was Feelings and Emotions — helping our little ones learn to understand, and express how they feel.

Through songs, movement and play, we explored different emotions — from happy and excited to sad and calm. 🌈

These sessions help toddlers:
💬 Build emotional awareness
💞 Develop empathy and social skills
🧠 Strengthen communication and self-regulation
🌟 Boost confidence and connection with others

I love watching them grow and it is so special to be part of their journey ❤️

Ballet was my first love 🩰✨ I dreamed of being a professional ballerina…
Then I discovered other dance styles — and the magic of musical theatre 🎭💃
I didn’t fit the “typical ballerina” mould, but I did find a place where I belonged.

On stage, I felt safe. I felt alive. Even though I got good grades at school, I never really enjoyed it — but under the lights or in the studio? That’s where I am truly me ❤️

That’s why I focus so much on being inclusive, celebrating each dancer’s unique talents, and giving my students a safe space to shine 🌟

I've been quietly working away behind the scenes over the past few weeks on some exciting projects and big plans for the year ahead…

Including something a little different with @rwl 👀

J started dancing with me when she was just 3 or 4 years old, and now at 9, she continues to grow into the most graceful, kind, and patient young dancer. 🩰💫

The first photo is from her early ballet days, the second a recreation we did last year—and the last one is extra special: J with my own 4-year-old daughter, who now wears J’s old ballet clothes to her class and looks up to her just like our younger dancers do. 💕

Watching our students grow not just in skill but in character is one of the most rewarding parts of running this school. The friendships, the mentorship, the sense of community—this is what it’s all about. 💖

So incredibly proud of our students!
It never ceases to amaze me how much they grow each year — witnessing their journeys is always such an emotional and rewarding experience.

The students pictured here were absolute professionals when they assisted me at a recent fair. Despite the rain, they performed with beaming smiles and amazing confidence. Truly inspiring!

For me, it all began at age 5, in a pair of tiny ballet shoes.
Ballet was my first love and the foundation of everything that followed.
I had no idea back then that those first pliés would one day lead me to owning a dance school — but this was the very beginning.
